Reliable Hermetic Seals LLC (RHSeals) products covered by this warranty are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. This Limited Lifetime Warranty applies to physical goods, and only physical goods, purchased from RHSeals.
This Limited Lifetime Warranty covers any defects in materials used to manufacture your product, any defects in workmanship under normal use and within product limitations, and/or any broken components under normal use and within product limitations. Products shall have been subject to only normal use and service within product limitations. This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover products that failed due to misuse, neglect, unauthorized alterations, improper set up, accident, theft or loss, damage caused by natural disaster, or normal wear and tear. There shall be no evidence of tampering, deliberate misuse, or destruction.

Defects to RHSeals products will be determined solely by RHSeals and not by any representative, distributor, or dealer of or for RHSeals.
Remedy is at the discretion of RHSeals. If your product covered by this Limited Lifetime Warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect, RHSeals will repair it without charge, or replace it, at RHSeals’ discretion.
Products are covered by the Limited Lifetime Warranty for the lifetime of the product.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or allow limitations, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This Limited Lifetime Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary state by state.
